Refund & Return Policy

Returns (14-day policy)

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at info@newragecycles.co.uk.
We will provide return instructions and an RMA number before any items are sent back.

Items sent without an RMA may not be accepted.


Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@newragecycles.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider).


Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@newragecycles.co.uk.
